We are looking for a well-organized Sales Head  to oversee activities across the department. The responsibilities of a head of the department include formulating strategies, ensuring , managing and implementing. 

Sales Head 

  • Should have great personality

  • Travel, Explore and build New  markets
  • Planning & Executing the Sales Strategies
  • Achieving the set Targets
  • Coordinating with other Nurseries and ensuring stock is moved effectively with zero wastage
  • Handling Key Customers, Building Relationship 
  • Acquiring new customers 
  • Handling Telesales Team
  • Team Player
  • Maintaining Sales Data 
  • Analysing the data and presenting the Trends in the market
  • Ready to travel to locations (even if short notice)
  • Languages – English, Hindi & Marathi

Preferred : Graduate Candidates with 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Handling team.  Same industry will be high preference.
